A tropical getaway just got easier.
Low-cost airline Breeze Airways recently announced a route map expansion with new flights throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. The expansion signifies the airline’s first international destinations.
Starting on Jan. 10, 2026, Breeze will begin new service on Saturdays between Cancun, Mexico (CUN) and Norfolk, Virginia (ORF), as well as Charleston (CHS) on Jan. 17, 2026. In February, the Cancun service will expand to New Orleans (MSY) on Feb. 7, and Providence, Rhode Island (PVD) on Feb. 14.
The airline will also expand in Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ), with seasonal service on Thursdays and Sundays from Raleigh, North Carolina (RDU) starting on March 5, 2026, as well as twice-weekly service from Tampa (TPA) on Feb. 11.
Travelers to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic (PUJ) will have new flight routes on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting March 4, 2026 from Raleigh. ( “When evaluating where to expand our base presence next, the Research Triangle was a natural fit and is a desirable location for recruiting new Team Members,” Breeze Airways Founder and CEO David Neeleman said in a statement shared with Travel + Leisure.)
In celebration of all of the new routes, Breeze is offering one-way promotional fares from $99 while ticket inventory lasts. The discounted flights are available in Breeze’s “No Flex Fare” category of service, which includes a personal item that fits under the seat. Additional services such as advanced seat assignment or checked bags are available for purchase at an additional fee.
“We’re excited to bring the same convenience and elevated experience they love about our domestic flights to three exciting new international destinations,” Neeleman said.
Neeleman previously was the founder of two other airlines—WestJet in 1994 and JetBlue in 1998— according to the executive’s LinkedIn.
Breeze Airways currently operates over 600 different routes, according to its destination map, and expanded its route map in May 2025, with expanded routes in Florida from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Orlando (MCO). The airline is currently booking flights through May 12, 2026, which provides plenty of opportunities for travelers looking to get a jump start on holiday, winter, or spring break vacations. The airline is currently running additional promotions on flights to Orlando (MCO) from $39 one-way, and flights to Tampa (TPA) from $49.
